Our Technical Service Rep is a graduates of a nationally recognized college and trade school. Our Technical Service Representative also hold EPA Refrigerant CFC and North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certifications. At US Supply we maintain and expand the knowledge and abilities of our team members with a minimum of 64 hours of annual continuing education. Our Technical Service Representative has over 15 years of experience selling and supporting heating and HVAC equipment, providing our US Supply Team years of HVAC expertise.

Michael is EPA CFC and NATE certified, with over 15 years of experience in heating and HVAC equipment sales and support. Backed by ongoing continuing education, he provides the technical expertise contractors trust at US Supply. Mike hold his Level 4 DSR Certification from Allied Air and his Level 4 TSR for GE HVAC Products.
Ben is EPA and CFC certified; and is currently working on completing his NATE certification, with over 8 years of experience in heating and HVAC equipment installation and support. Backed by ongoing continuing education, he provides the technical expertise contractors trust at US Supply. Ben currently holds his Level 2 DSR Certification from Allied Air and his Level 3 TSR from GE HVAC.
